I forgot to enter my voucher code, what can I do?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to apply the voucher retroactively due to technical reasons. Please make sure your voucher code is valid and that the VAT has been deducted in the summary at checkout before you submit the form using the "place binding order" button.

However, you are welcome to use the voucher for your next order, provided it is still valid at that time.
