I cancelled the order within the deadline and returned it, so why am I receiving a payment reminder / dunning notice?

Please send us proof of the timely return. Custom-made items (e.g. adhesive lettering, digital print designs, or custom sizes; made-to-measure products) cannot be cancelled, so the claim remains due.
