I have already paid this invoice but still received a payment reminder, what should I do?

If this concerns a prepayment order that has not yet been shipped

In some cases, it may take a few hours until the payment has been received and processed by us. We will send a payment confirmation by email as soon as the payment has been allocated. If you entered the wrong amount and/or did not provide the correct order number with your transfer, allocation may take a little longer as it will then be processed manually.

If you received a payment reminder after shipment for an invoice

Please send us proof of payment. Please refrain from sending proof of payments that were only instructed after receiving this payment reminder. Usually, it takes 1-2 business days for the payment to be posted to our account.

How can you tell which type of payment reminder it is?

For payment reminders regarding unpaid prepayment invoices, we refer to the order number, which begins with an R.

For payment reminders regarding already delivered orders, e.g., for additional charge invoices, we refer to the invoice number, which begins with MYF.
