Payment Options


Prepayment by Bank Transfer – Secure a 3% Discount
When paying by prepayment, we grant you a 3% discount on the total order amount, provided the reduced invoice amount is credited to our account within 7 days of order receipt.

How it works:
  1. Select prepayment / bank transfer as your payment method at checkout.
  2. The 3% discount will be applied to the total order amount.
  3. After completing your order, you will receive our bank details and the amount to be transferred.
  4. Please enter your order number as the payment reference when making the transfer.
  5. The reduced invoice amount must be credited to our account within 7 days of order receipt.
  6. After the 7-day period, the discount expires. From this point on, the full order amount must be paid without deduction.
  7. As soon as your payment is received, we will begin processing your order.
Please note: Since we only process your order after receiving payment, delivery time may be extended by approximately 1–3 business days depending on bank processing times.
In short: Pay by prepayment and secure a 3% discount on the total order amount – if payment is received within 7 days.

Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
Payment by credit card is processed automatically after successful authorization.
Upon successful verification, we can immediately begin processing your order.

Apple Pay
With Apple Pay, you can pay for your order quickly and conveniently.
If Apple Pay is set up on your device and available for your order, simply select Apple Pay as your payment method at checkout. You then confirm payment directly via your Apple device – for example, with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device code.
Your payment and address details stored with Apple Pay can be used, allowing you to complete your order especially quickly.
After successful payment confirmation, we can process your order right away.

PayPal
For payment with PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal during checkout. There, depending on availability in your PayPal account, you can pay with PayPal balance, credit/debit card, or SEPA direct debit.
Additionally, PayPal may – if enabled for you – offer options for later payment (e.g., “Pay in 30 days” or installment payments). These options are not available to all customers and may require eligibility or credit checks.
Please note: A different shipping address can only be selected or entered before completing your order – after that, changes are generally no longer possible. The maximum order value with PayPal is €5,000 including shipping costs.

Purchase on Account for Business Customers
As a business customer, you can conveniently pay on account via our partner Billie. After selecting the payment method, Billie will review your information at checkout and decide whether purchase on account is possible.
Once approved, your order will be processed as usual. You will receive the payment information and, if applicable, further payment instructions usually by email. The payment term is determined by the payment conditions stated on the invoice.
Depending on the available option, payment is made by bank transfer (to the bank details provided in the payment instructions) or – if offered – by SEPA direct debit.
