I haven't received an invoice, how can I request one?

After your order has been shipped you will receive your invoice as a PDF via email. Only the delivery note is included in the package itself. If you have not received an email with the invoice attached, there could be various reasons for this (e.g. a typo in the email address).

Please also check your Spam / Junkmail / Promotions folder. If you still can't find your invoice, we can send you a copy. Please contact our customer service. Please understand that, depending on the volume of support requests, this may take a few days.
