The production and processing procedures incur a fixed basic cost regardless of the order quantity (e.g., order verification, data handling, production setup, and processing).
The small order surcharge allows us to keep regular product prices competitively low. This makes it possible to offer consistently competitive prices even for small quantities and custom-made items.
The surcharge is calculated automatically if the minimum order value is not reached.
