In the event of a refund or cancellation, the process will be carried out as quickly as possible. After we confirm the cancellation or successfully process a return, the refund is usually issued within up to 14 days.
This period is based on legal requirements and ensures that all necessary verification steps can be properly completed.

- Internal processing time: After review and approval, the refund will be initiated within a few business days.
- Bank or payment service provider: The credit to the original payment method depends on the respective bank or payment provider (e.g., credit card, PayPal). Additional processing times may occur on their end.
Unless otherwise agreed, the refund amount will initially be credited to your shop account and can be used for a future order. A payout to the original payment method will be made upon explicit request.
