There is something wrong with my product, how can I initiate a complaint?

For a complaint we need the following information:

– order number
– Detailed photos with a comparison measure on which the complaint reason is visible
– Which article from the order it is about
– The number of articles to be complained about
– Reason for complaint

Please send us the necessary information via our contact form. In the selection we have a form under "I have a complaint about an order".
