What can cause subsequent surcharges?

There can be several reasons why surcharges can occur afterwards. However, we will ask you to approve any changes to your order that involve a surcharge.

Reasons for extra charges :

You have removed the image license for an image from our image archive.
Your motif has a too low resolution and has to be converted into a vector graphic or the production of your slide is only possible with a vector graphic, but the file has only a pixel graphic. The conversion from a pixel graphic to a vector graphic is subject to a surcharge starting from 10€. Your file is very complex and makes vectorization more complicated. Therefore the surcharge for vectorization is higher.
