Can I check the status of my order?

No, unfortunately this is not possible yet. However, we are already working on it. 

You can, however, view the shipment tracking. You will receive a tracking link from a logistics company for this purpose. 

To view your status, you will need your order number, the email address you used to place the order, and the postal code from the billing address. You can check your status here.
