Before application, the vehicle must be clean, dry, and free of grease. A regular car wash is often not sufficient, as residues of wax or care products may remain. We recommend an additional cleaning with isopropanol or silicone remover.
The installation should not be carried out in frost, heavy rain, or direct sunlight. Ideal temperatures are from 7 °C upwards so that the adhesive can develop its full bonding strength. In cold temperatures, we therefore recommend installation in an underground garage or parking structure.
