Perforated film is predominantly used on the rear window in practice, as this is where it can best showcase its advantages: advertising effect to the outside while still allowing limited but sufficient visibility from the inside.
In principle, it is also technically possible to use it on other vehicle windows. However, legal regulations must be observed, especially regarding the driver's field of vision. Much stricter rules apply to the front and front side windows, so applying perforated film there is generally not permitted.
The rear side windows of a delivery van, for example, are usually not a problem.
