When used correctly, magnetic stickers generally do not damage the paint. They adhere without adhesive and can be removed without leaving any residue.
However, proper handling is important:
- Vehicle and magnet should be cleaned regularly
- Dirt or moisture between the magnet and the paint should be avoided (e.g., risk of rust)
- The magnet should not remain in the same spot for an extended period of time
- No particles should be between the magnet and the paint
If these points are observed, using them in practice is unproblematic.
