There is something wrong with my product, how can I initiate a complaint?

Your order

For a complaint we need the following information:

  • – order number
  • – Detailed photos with a comparison measure on which the complaint reason is visible
  • – Which article from the order it is about
  • – The number of articles to be complained about
  • – Reason for complaint

Please send us the necessary information via our contact form. In the selection we have a form under "I have a complaint about an order".
